We’re looking for organised, motivated people who enjoy problem-solving, working with teams, and keeping projects moving.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Produce and manage tender, contract and construction programmes.
- Develop build strategies, sequencing plans and critical path programmes.
- Review tender documents, identify risks, opportunities and project constraints.
- Prepare preliminaries, logistics plans and construction methodologies.
- Collaborate with bid, operations and supply chain teams to develop winning submissions.
- Produce quality responses for tenders, including programme and mythology content.
- Support project teams with programme monitoring and reporting during delivery.
- Contribute to risk management, health & safety and sustainable construction planning.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Experience in construction planning and programming.
- Proficiency in Asta Powerproject, Microsoft Project or similar planning software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, contracts and procurement.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Strong attention to details and commercial awareness.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline.
- Experience delivering large-scale construction projects.
- Civils and drainage experience.
- Knowledge of industry best practice and modern construction techniques.
