Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile and experienced General Handyman/woman to undertake a variety of maintenance, repair, and gardening cross our clients premises. The ideal candidate will possess a broad skill set .
The role is a mobile handy man/ women , you will need to drive between sites from Weston to Bristol .
A full driving license is required as there will be use of company vehicle.
Duties
- Oversee small maintenance projects, supervising team members when necessary
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and organisational policies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal or external client requests promptly and professionally
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs undertaken
Experience
- Proven experience in general maintenance or handyman roles with a broad skill set in gardening ,painting , decorating, maintenance and small plumping tasks.
- understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to maintenance work
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
Pay: £13.50 per hour
