Job Description:
We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Health Care Assistants on a part-time basis to join our growing team. Due to the nature of the role and client needs, this position is open to applicants with at least one year experience in providing compassionate care.
As a Health Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Assisting with medication
- Supporting with meal preparation and feeding
- Helping with household tasks (cleaning, laundry)
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Supporting clients with mobility and daily routines
- Maintaining accurate care records
Requirements:
- Driving licence (desirable) and access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK (No Visa Sponsorship available for this role)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
- Previous care experience is required. However, more training will be provided
