We are looking for a reliable and motivated Window Fitter’s Mate to join our installation team. This role involves assisting with the installation of windows and doors on residential and commercial properties, supporting fitters to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of windows and doors
- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools safely
- Prepare work areas and assist with removing existing frames
- Support fitters during installations, sealing, and finishing work
- Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe
- Follow instructions carefully and maintain quality standards on site
- Assist with lifting and handling products safely
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Previous construction, fitting, or labouring experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and develop installation skills
- Good practical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Full UK driving licence preferred
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, Saturdays on rota
Salary:
£28,000 - £34,000, dependant on experience
