We are currently seeking enthusiastic, friendly and detail-focused individuals to join our Housekeeping team at The Atlantic Hotel. This is a varied and hands-on role, ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Please note, this is a permanent position.
Responsibilities

Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and properly arranged

Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and dust surfaces to maintain a spotless environment

Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens as needed

Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly

Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe working environment

Assist with specialised cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning or deep cleans when required

Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests politely and efficiently
Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred

Ability to communicate effectively with team members

Organised with excellent attention to detail to uphold high standards of cleanliness

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Reliable with a proactive approach to completing tasks efficiently

Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning and hospitality environments
