Duties
- Assist residents with personal care routines, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support the implementation of personalised care plans tailored to each individual’s needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
- Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate records of care activities and communicate effectively with team members
- Skills
- Experience working in a care home desirable
- Knowledge of care plans
- Proficiency in English for clear communication with residents, their families, professional visitors and team members
- Excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues
