The Role
We’re looking for a Chef with strong professional kitchen experience and the confidence to run a busy station. You’ll help deliver bold, consistent dishes with speed, precision, and pride as part of the JOJO’S team.
This is a PM‑only, late‑shift role.
Key Responsibilities
- Grill Station Cooking — Cook all grilled items to spec during high‑volume services
- Kitchen Prep Support — Assist wider prep and cooking duties as required
- Food Safety Standards — Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety at all times
- Stock & Deliveries — Support stock rotation, deliveries, and general kitchen organisation
- Stock Ordering — Assist with weekly stock ordering to ensure accurate levels and smooth service
- Team Service Flow — Work collaboratively to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Kitchen Culture — Contribute to JOJO’S high standards and energetic kitchen environment
- Fryer Maintenance — Complete weekly fryer cleaning and oil filtering to maintain quality and equipment care
Requirements
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen
- Confident working the grill and managing high‑volume service
- Level 2 Food Safety
- Full‑time availability (not a part‑time role)
- Reliability, positive attitude, and a genuine love for bold flavours
