Duties
- Safely operate a moped to deliver orders promptly within designated areas
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer orders
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude when interacting with customers
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations during deliveries
- Keep delivery equipment clean and in good working condition
- Collect payments where applicable, ensuring proper handling of cash or digital transactions
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team regarding delivery status or any issues encountered
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or delivery roles is advantageous but not essential
- Possession of a valid motorcycle or moped licence recognised in the UK
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS devices or maps
- Reliable, punctual, and organised with a keen eye for detail
- Comfortable working independently in various weather conditions

Pay: £104.00-£109.00 per day
