Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while also engaging with clients to ensure their needs are met. Responsibilities
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation, ensuring all tools and products are sanitised.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired outcomes and offer professional advice.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and contribute to salon revenue.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Mentor junior stylists and apprentices, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster their development.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hairdressing.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment is preferred.
- Strong skills in cutting, colouring, and styling techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in store management or front desk operations is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
- A passion for beauty trends and a commitment to continuous learning in the industry.

Pay: £24,420.00-£50,144.38 per year
