Job Overview
Due to our continued expansion we are looking for a responsible and experienced person to join our team.
This role involves performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and technical tasks across different properties in Edinburgh and the surroundings. The ideal candidate will need to have skills in patch repairs and skimming, boarding walls and ceilings, painting, sanding, furniture assembly, mounting and hanging, silicone replacement, and general property maintenance. Please feel free to apply even if you are not experienced in all of the above.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties. Different locations around the city.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs.
- Complete tasks such as painting, carpentry, and drywall repair/patch repairs.
- Be a apart of a team or work independently regarding bathroom and kitchen renovations, flooring replacements and others
Qualifications:
- Driving license
- Experience in the industry!
- Strong attention to detail!
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Level of English to allow you to communicate and understand the job tasks
A week-long paid trial period in which you will have to perform different jobs on sites alone or as part of the team. A company vehicle for business use will be provided if you pass the trial.
Contracted or self-employed options.

Pay: £17.00-£20.00 per hour
