Job Description: Site Supervisor
We're on the hunt for an energetic, organised supervisor to join The Mad House team!
You’ll manage guest experiences across both our venues — from lively Bottomless Brunches to private parties — and you’ll help create exciting memories that people talk about. You’ll be hands-on with both venues, working closely with the management and Staff to make every visit MAD!

Key responsibilities:
Supporting the Management Team in running the venues day to day activities
Controlling the Vibe & commanding the room, you’re a superstar and this is your stage!
Handling guest communication via email and phone professionally and promptly
Supporting our bookings & events staff with organisation of events & experiences
Working weekends to oversee our peak periods and be the core part of the experience guests enjoy!
Collaborating with the social media team to promote events — no need to post yourself, but you’ll help provide content ideas and event details
Building strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat business
Working closely with the team to meet and exceed sales expectations
Who we’re looking for:
A confident communicator — both written and verbal
Highly organised with great attention to detail
A rockstar that is comfortable working weekends as part of the regular rota
Hands-on and eager to understand and orchestrate how the venues operate on a day-to-day basis
Creative and full of ideas for new events, promotions and ideas.
Sales-minded and motivated to maximise revenue
Hospitality experience is a bonus but not essential if you’re the right fit
