The Role
This is not a desk-based management position.
You’ll be responsible for generating business, managing high-value customer appointments, mentoring the sales team and ensuring commercial targets are consistently exceeded.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team
- Conduct high-value customer appointments
- Coach and develop sales consultants
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Handle complex customer negotiations
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue
- Work alongside directors to achieve company growth objectives
- Maintain CRM accuracy
- Produce weekly performance reports
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years proven sales experience
- Previous management experience preferred
- Strong closing ability
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Professional appearance
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience within home improvements preferred
