ACTIVITY ASSISTANT – HOLIDAY CAMP (SEASONAL)
Locations: Carshalton & Epsom
£45.00 - £57.00 per day (16-18 wage)
School Holidays – Summer, Easter & Winter
Multiple positions available, including seasonal and flexible bank staff opportunities across our holiday programmes in Carshalton and Epsom.
AMBIT Youngerz is looking for enthusiastic and energetic Activity Assistants to help deliver exciting holiday programmes for children aged 5–12.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in youth work, childcare, education, sports coaching or community engagement.
WORK HOURS (MONDAY-THURSDAY):
Carshalton: 9:45am-2:15pm
Epsom: 9:00am-3:30pm
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the delivery of fun, engaging and inclusive activities
- Encouraging children to participate and build confidence
- Assisting with sports, arts, STEM, games and workshops
- Helping maintain a safe and positive environment
- Supporting children during trips and off-site activities
- Assisting with setting up and clearing activity spaces
- Working closely with Activity Leaders and the Site Leader
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children is
- Positive, reliable and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong communication skills
- DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Safeguarding training desirable
