Overview
We're looking for a highly organised, dependable and proactive person to join us in a dual role - supporting a talent manager during the week and helping run our acting school at weekends. This is a role that suits someone who takes real ownership of their work, manages themselves well without supervision, and genuinely enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
You don't need to be an actor. You need to be someone people can rely on.
Duties
- Talent management (weekdays — from home):
- Submitting actors for casting opportunities and tracking submissions
Acting school (weekends — Covent Garden):
- Keeping classes and the office running smoothly
- Being the reliable, calm presence the team depends on at weekends
- Learning to cover acting classes when a tutor is unavailable — full training provided
Who we're looking for
- London-based — essential
- Exceptionally organised and reliable — this is the most important thing
- Able to work independently from home without losing focus or momentum
- A confident, professional communicator
- Comfortable in a creative environment and happy working with actors and tutors
- Calm under pressure and happy to step in wherever needed
- An interest in the entertainment industry is helpful; experience as an actor is not required
What you'll gain
- Real, hands-on experience inside the talent management industry
- Direct exposure to casting, submissions and how the industry actually works
- Training in how to run and teach an acting class
- A varied role that builds a broad and genuinely useful skillset
- The chance to grow within a small, ambitious team where your contribution is noticed
Experience
- Previous administrative/management experience is highly desirable, particularly within an office or educational setting
Pay: £25,393.20-£35,363.68 per year
Application question(s):

- Describe how you manage your workload when working from home independently
- Have you worked in a support, admin or coordination role before? If so, briefly describe it
