Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of bar staff, ensuring smooth service delivery and high standards of hospitality.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist with serving customers, taking orders, and providing personalized service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the bar area, adhering to health codes and safety protocols at all times.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment, preferably within a sports club or similar setting.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff members effectively.
- Previous hospitality experience in similar venues is highly desirable.
