Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

In your new role as the Cleaning Supervisor, you will ensure that your site is cleaned to a high standard, is well maintained and kept in safe working order whilst meeting all agreed SLAs. You will take ownership of the cleaning of the building, be proactive and have a keen eye for detail. We have a beautiful site and we want you to help us keep it that way!
You will achieve this by using the latest technology - Merlin, Clean Zero and TORK are three of the systems we use to monitor use of the site - and you will lead your team on the use of this (don't worry, full training will be provided!!).
Full training will be provided to help you deliver the standards required in this role. You will be required to work both within a team and work under your own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers and your team, striving for excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations. You will be a part of the larger Mitie team based on site, who will also support you to succeed!
In order to be successful in this role you will need be a British National (to achieve the correct level of Security Clearance), and have a desire to deliver the best service we can as a team. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential as your attitude and work ethic is just as important.
