We're looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Barista to join our busy café, located within one of our popular retail stores in the heart of Edinburgh. Serving both locals and visitors from around the world, our café offers a welcoming space where customers can enjoy quality coffee, delicious refreshments and genuine Scottish hospitality.

What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffees, teas and other beverages.
- Providing a warm, friendly and professional welcome to every customer.
- Taking customer orders accurately and processing payments.
- Preparing and serving light food, cakes and snacks in accordance with food safety standards.
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation throughout the café.
- Replenishing stock and ensuring displays remain well presented.
- Following food hygiene, health and safety and company procedures.
- Working closely with the retail team to deliver an outstanding overall customer experience.
- Supporting colleagues during busy trading periods.
What We're Looking For
- Previous barista or café experience is preferred but not essential, as full training can be provided.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A positive, enthusiastic and reliable attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- A passion for coffee and hospitality.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays.
