Summary
We are seeking passionate Care Workers to join our team at Glee Care Ltd with effect from July 2026. The recruitment process begins now. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting individuals and families, helping them navigate challenges and improve their quality of life. This position is essential in fulfilling our commitment to delivering exceptional care and support. We are recruiting all those interested in doing home care work. This time, we are not recruiting workers who need COSs, those who want to receive Skilled Worker Visas and those who may need a switch. Please if you need COS, do not apply this time. You will work some weekdays, some weekends and some Bank Holidays. We cover areas in Leicester City and surrounding areas. We offer training according to the needs of the home care sector.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and guidance to individuals and families facing various challenges.
- Assess client needs and develop tailored care plans to address their unique situations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary resources and services.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of client cases.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Compassionate approach with a commitment to client welfare.
