Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular spot checks, supervisions, and competency assessments for care staff in service users’ homes.
- Conduct regular care reviews with clients and their families, ensuring care plans remain accurate, person-centred, and responsive to changing needs
- Gather client feedback on care delivery, address concerns promptly, and escalate issues where required
- Monitor and maintain CQC compliance, ensuring care delivery meets regulatory standards
- Support the Registered Manager in preparing for CQC inspections and internal audits
- Identify training needs and support carers with ongoing development and performance improvement
- Carry out care quality audits, report findings, and follow up on action plans
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation using care management systems
- Maintain up-to-date records including supervision notes, spot check reports, and compliance documentation
- Act as a point of contact for care staff, offering guidance and operational support
- Liaise with service users, families, and internal teams to ensure high standards of care
- Respond to concerns, incidents, and safeguarding matters in line with company policies
- Travel across England as required to support operational needs
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Field Supervisor in the UK care sector
- Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across England
- Strong understanding of CQC standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Experience conducting spot checks, supervisions, audits, and competency assessments
- Familiarity with care management systems.
- Efficient working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Flexible, proactive, and solution-focused approach
- Available to join ASAP
Desirable:
- Experience working within a domiciliary care setting
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and best practice

Pay: £24,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
