We have an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at our beautiful restaurant in Menai Bridge. This is a fast paced role in a busy kitchen, where you will be creating dishes which showcase the amazing local produce of North Wales. This is a permanent full time role!
RESPONSIBILITIES/CYFRIFOLDEB
- Creating great food from our exciting menu.
- Working different sections within the kitchen team.
- Following Food Safety and Health and Safety legislation.
- Keeping your work station clean and organised.
- Running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Ordering stock.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR/RYDYM YN CHWILIO AMDANO
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef is essential.
- Experience working in a busy kitchen doing up to 500 covers a day.
- You will enjoy working as part of a team.
- Flexible to work a variety of days and hours.
