Salary: £14,248 per annum (pro-rata) + Company Van
Hours: Average 20 hours per week (rota-based weekends and on-call)

Baywater Healthcare works in partnership with the NHS to deliver vital home oxygen and long‑term condition services to patients in the community. Our Healthcare Technicians play a critical role in supporting patient safety, comfort, and independence by ensuring respiratory equipment is delivered, installed, and maintained to the highest standards.
The Role
We are currently recruiting a Healthcare Technician to join our East Yorkshire Field Operations team. This is a hands-on, patient‑facing role where empathy, professionalism, and reliability matter just as much as technical skill.
You will be responsible for delivering, installing, servicing, and collecting oxygen and respiratory equipment in patients’ homes, responding to planned and emergency requests in line with NHS service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver, install, service, and remove oxygen cylinders, concentrators, and other healthcare equipment
- Respond to emergency 4‑hour and same‑day callouts
- Travel across Hull and, when required, the wider Yorkshire region
- Load and unload vehicles safely and maintain excellent driving standards
- Complete accurate documentation, asset tracking, and required reports
- Carry out basic technical problem‑solving during installations and servicing
- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism when supporting patients in their homes
- Work a rota including weekends and on‑call duties
- Adhere to all company, NHS, health & safety, and environmental procedures
Working Pattern
- Week 1: Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 8.30am – 5.00pm
- Week 2: Saturday, Sunday – 8.30am – 5.00pm
- 8‑hour shifts, averaging 20 hours per week
- On‑call: Week 1 Friday, Week 2 Saturday

- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
