Security Officer - Middlesbrough

Hours: 16:30 - 20:30
Shift Pattern: Mon, Tue, Wed, Friday
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a Security Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone seeking part-time evening work, fit around other commitments, or gain experience within a security and support environment.

As a Security Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, calm, and supportive environment for residents, including engaging professionally with vulnerable individuals. This is a people-focused position requiring patience, awareness, and strong interpersonal skills.
Your Responsibilities will be:

Providing a professional concierge presence on site

Monitoring access and ensuring site safety

Supporting and interacting appropriately with site visitors

Managing incidents calmly and professionally

Maintaining accurate records and handovers

Delivering excellent customer service at all times
