As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the UK and EMEA teams to deliver a portfolio of strategic projects, enabling execution of the overall business strategy. You’ll make sure assigned projects are clearly defined, well planned, and governed, with cross-functional teams aligned to deliver against agreed scope, timelines, and budget.
We’ll look to you to bring your strong project delivery expertise in transformation environments with proven experience managing cross-functional projects, and an expertise in agile and waterfall methodologies and end-to-end delivery. You’ll have strong advanced planning, governance, and execution capability, being highly organised with disciplined project planning, and the ability to manage risks, issues, and interdependencies in complex environments. We’d love to hear more about how influence senior leaders and manage cross-functional teams across matrixed, multi-country organisations. You’ll have financial and performance management capability with experience managing project budgets, tracking benefits, and working with finance teams to validate outcomes.

Delivering end-to-end transformation projects, owning execution of assigned UK and EMEA initiatives, ensuring clear scope, aligned business cases, and delivery to time and quality
Driving structured planning and governance by running integrated programme plans, governance forums, and stakeholder updates, ensuring visibility, tracking, and protecting the critical path
Aligning and mobilising multiple cross-functional stakeholders, partnering with senior leaders and teams to drive alignment, decision-making, and execution across in-region initiatives
Ensuring financial rigour and benefits delivery, embedding budget control, financial tracking, and benefits realisation, working with Finance to validate outcomes and supporting AOP achievement
Adapting delivery and driving continuous improvement, tailoring regional rollouts to company-operated and licensed contexts, proactively resolving risks and dependencies, and embedding improved ways of working
