We are looking for an experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our friendly team at Sip & Rise in Kensington.
This is a fast-paced, busy environment and we need someone who can hit the ground running. If you do not have previous supervisory experience in a cafe or coffee shop, please do not apply.
The Role Includes:
- Leading daily service and ensuring high standards throughout
- Opening and closing the cafe
- Supporting, training and treating all team members fairly and with respect
- Ensuring all team rules, policies and procedures are applied and followed consistently
- Stock control and ordering
- Cash handling
- Basic rota management
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service
- Helping create a positive and professional team culture
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous cafe or coffee shop supervisory experience (essential)
- Barista experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to stay calm, organised and professional during busy periods
- Punctual, reliable and serious about their role
- Someone who leads by example and holds themselves and their team accountable
- Weekend availability required
Hours and Pay:
- 5 days per week
- 14.50 to 16.00 per hour depending on experience
