Calling all content queens or kings... (or anyone who knows they're that good )
We're hiring a Social Media Specialist, and we're looking for someone who's completely obsessed with creating content.
If your camera roll is 90% B roll, you spot a trending sound before everyone else, naturally think in hooks and transitions, and your For You Page is basically market research... keep reading.
We want someone who:
- Loves being behind (and in front of) the camera
- Lives on TikTok and Instagram, but knows that LinkedIn has a completely different vibe
- Can switch tone of voice depending on the brand they're creating for
- Has loads of ideas and isn't afraid to throw them out there
- Is happy travelling for client shoots, events and trade shows
- Wants to be part of a team that genuinely loves what they do
One week you could be filming at a holiday park, the next you're creating content for an agricultural business, styling event launches, interviewing clients, hopping on trends, or becoming the face behind Atomic's own socials.
No 2 days are the same, and honestly... we wouldn't have it any other way.
What you'll actually be doing
- Planning, filming and publishing content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and beyond, always in the right voice for the right brand.
- Keeping an eye on comments, messages and reviews, and jumping in with a reply that sounds like a human, not a bot.
- Digging into the numbers to see what's working, then doing more of that.
- Teaming up with our marketing, and design team to plan campaigns that actually move the needle.
- Staying glued to trends so we're always a step ahead, not playing catch up.
- Keeping a content calendar that's actually organised (we know, revolutionary).
- Building relationships with influencers, partners and local community groups to get our clients seen by more of the right people.
What you'll bring
- Experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally client facing.
- A solid grasp of how to keep a brand's reputation in good shape.
- Cracking written communication, with content that shifts tone depending on who it's for.
- Comfortable with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer or similar.
- Confidence reading analytics, whether that's Google Analytics or platform insights.
- Excellent organisation and time management, you'll have a few plates spinning at once.
- A creative eye for visuals and storytelling.
- A marketing, communications or related qualification is a bonus, not a must.
