We have a position that has come available for a flexible, hard working and conscientious person to join our busy housekeeping team. The suitable candidate will strive to maintain and provide a clean and welcoming environment for the residents, guests and visitors. You will need to complete daily cleaning documentation in line with company policy and legal requirements, ensuring that infection control policies and universal precautions are followed at all times. The role may potentially involve lifting heavy objects.
As part of this role you will also be expected to actively engage in meaningful occupation with our residents, that is related to their lifestyle choices and at a level and pace that values the individual and respects their dignity and communication differences.
The successful applicant will have some experience in housekeeping and must be willing to complete any training that is required of the role in a time scale set out by the manager.
A DBS check will be required prior to commencing in post and it is on a weekend on weekend off basis. DBS is £75.30 which will be refunded after working for the company for one year.
