We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across multiple departments.
- Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Manage filing systems, records, and databases.
- Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and handle general enquiries.
- Schedule meetings, maintain diaries, and assist with appointments.
- Provide reception cover during staff absence, breaks, or busy periods.
- Welcome visitors and ensure a professional front-of-house service.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative projects and other duties as required.
About You
You will have:
- Previous administrative or office experience.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A professional, friendly, and flexible approach.
