Manufacturing Operative
Location: Daventry
Shift Pattern: Monday -Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm Friday 8.30am-4pm
Pay: £13.13 per hour
Role
We are seeking a reliable Manufacturing Operative to support production and warehouse operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
Key Duties

Follow Health & Safety procedures

Maintain a clean and organised workspace

Handle and inspect products carefully

Operate basic computer systems (Navision, Excel)

Work to production schedules and targets
-
Polish and finish stainless steel products
-
Operate machinery (press brake, laser cutter)
-
Carry out welding tasks (training provided)

Support wider warehouse activities as needed
Skills & Experience

Production/warehouse experience desirable

Good attention to detail

Basic IT skills

Awareness of Health & Safety
