SEEKING FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT WORKER FOR FEMALE CLIENT
Shifts: Mixture of day and night shifts, weekdays and weekends.
Location: North Peterborough
Hourly Rate: £14.42-£17/hour

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated care team and provide a high standard of person-centred care to our female client within her home. The role is best suited to someone with experience working with adults with complex care needs, who is compassionate, a team player, and has a professional, responsible work ethic.
You will be required to work in partnership with the case manager, team leader, therapy team and the client’s parents.
Our client has an acquired brain injury and is a wheelchair user. She requires support 24 hours a day. She lives with her supportive family in North Peterborough. Our client has complex care needs, and she will require full support for personal care, medication administration, feeding support via PEG, and all activities of everyday life.
Skills Required:
- Experience in supporting adults with complex care needs, within a home setting
- Reliable, Flexible, punctual, professional and friendly
- Excellent communication skills, a caring approach, with good initiative and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
- Must be fluent in English - both written and verbal
- Satisfactory DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK. (We do not offer sponsorship)
- Experience in the safe use of manual handling equipment
- Applocant must be able to drive
