Job Overview
We are on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our lively hospitality team. You’ll support the restaurant manager in overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Duties
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise team members, including servers, kitchen staff, and baristas, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Support food preparation and cooking activities when needed, ensuring dishes meet quality standards.
- Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across all areas of the restaurant.
- Help coordinate training sessions for staff on service techniques, food safety, and culinary practices.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock management, and report shortages or issues promptly.
- Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests and addressing any concerns professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising or team management experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and food production processes.
- Experience in restaurant operations, including serving, barista work, or hotel hospitality roles.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Knowledge of kitchen experience and hospitality best practices is highly desirable.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with staff and interact positively with guests.

Pay: £28,500.00-£31,200.00 per year
