We’re looking for a confident, friendly and hard working Supervisor to join our team and help deliver an exceptional experience for every guest.
As a Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the pub, supporting the management team, leading and motivating staff, and ensuring high standards of customer service, food, drink, cleanliness, and overall presentation are consistently maintained.
You’ll be a visible and approachable leader on the floor, helping the team work efficiently during busy services while making sure our guests receive a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience.
Key responsibilities include:
● Supervising and supporting the team during daily service
● Leading by example and motivating staff to deliver excellent service
● Ensuring food, drink, service, and cleanliness standards are maintained
● Welcoming guests and dealing confidently with customer queries or concerns
● Supporting management with opening and closing procedures
● Assisting with staff training and development
● Managing busy periods effectively and helping the team stay organised
● Following health & safety, licensing, and company procedures
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a hospitality supervisory or senior team role, a positive and professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay calm and organised under pressure. Most importantly, you’ll be passionate about hospitality, enjoy working with people, and take pride in delivering great service.
Pay: From £13.50 per hour
