We’re a warm, established team supporting people who need some help managing their money and benefits – and we’re looking for someone new to join us.
This isn’t your typical office job.
One minute you might be helping someone work out their weekly budget, the next you’re sorting out a benefits problem, speaking to the DWP or making sure an important bill gets paid.
The common thread? You’re helping someone to keep in control of their life by managing their money with your help.
What are we looking for?
Someone who’s:
· kind and good with people
· organised and comfortable with numbers
· confident on the phone and with IT
· good at getting things sorted
· accurate and dependable
· happy working as part of a busy, supportive team
Experience in social care, finance, customer service or administration would be useful – but we’re much more interested in finding the right person.
We’ll give you full training and plenty of support while you find your feet.
