We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Chef to help with culinary operations in a vibrant hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste
- Enforce strict food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
- Help ensure smooth kitchen workflow
- Collaborate with dietary departments to accommodate special dietary needs and restrictions
- Maintain high standards of food handling, hygiene, and customer service throughout all processes
Skills
- A background in hospitality would give you an added edge, however full training on site will be given
Pay: £35,000.00 per year
