Office Administrator
We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team and provide day-to-day administrative support.
The role would suit someone who is confident using Excel, has excellent organisational skills and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and updating Excel spreadsheets
- Organising and tracking jobs from booking through to completion
- Booking in new jobs and coordinating schedules
- Keeping job records and paperwork up to date
- Organising and filing office documentation
- Ordering materials and keeping track of stock requirements
- Processing and monitoring staff timesheets
- Recording and managing holiday and staff absence
- Liaising with staff, customers and suppliers as required
- General office administration and organisation
- Ensuring jobs and paperwork are kept on track and completed efficiently
- Providing general support to the team and helping with the smooth running of the office
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programmes
- Detail-oriented with good attention to accuracy
- Able to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- A good communicator with a friendly and professional manner
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
- Previous office administration or scheduling experience would be an advantage
