Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in providing essential care services to individuals in a care home or home care setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalised care plans for residents or clients
- Utilise IT systems to maintain accurate records and document care activities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care
- Drive or accompany clients to appointments or outings as required
- Communicate effectively with residents, clients, and their families
- Support the overall well-being and comfort of individuals in your care
Experience
- Previous experience in a care home or home care environment is desirable
- Proficiency in English language, both spoken and written
- Ability to work with empathy, patience, and respect for individuals' dignity
- Willingness to undergo necessary training and development to enhance caregiving skills
Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
