We are looking for a preparation chef/ kitchen assistant to work in our Prep Kitchen in our Central Production Unit in Llangefni.
This is a Fixed Term Role, working 40 hours per week until 30th September 2026. Perfect for anyone looking to fill their time this Summer Season.
THE ROLE | Y RÔL
In your role you will report directly to the CPU Manager.
The ideal person will have;
A passion for working with local produce
Enjoys working within a team and has a flexible approach to their work
Is dedicated to working hard, learn new skills and techniques and has a "can-do" attitude
Is energetic and enthusiastic and eager to join a growing team.
Is trained in Food Safety and has a general knowledge of Health and Safety at work.
Has the ability to manage stock, control waste and ensure their workspace is of high hygiene standards
Cook and prepare variations of food for our Restaurants and stores.
