The Opportunity
We are seeking an Administrator to join our growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.
This role would suit someone with previous administration experience who is looking to develop their career within a successful and expanding business. You will support the client journey from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring all documentation, communications and records are managed accurately and efficiently.
Previous experience within financial services would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound client calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Managing a shared enquiries inbox and responding to client queries
- Preparing, amending, and processing legal documentation
- Printing, organising, and distributing documents as required
- Maintaining accurate records and data in line with compliance requirements
- Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks and case management
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the client journey
About You
- Previous administration experience (minimum one year preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- A proactive approach
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
