We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operative to join our professional cleaning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness .This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Prior experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning is preferred, but full training will be provided to suitable applicants. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, retail outlets, and industrial sites, using appropriate cleaning equipment and products.
- Ensure all areas are hygienic, organised, and presentable according to company standards.
- Maintain cleaning schedules and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other consumables as needed.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling protocols are adhered to where applicable.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is advantageous but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and products is desirable.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills are essential to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices within the workplace.
