Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and dedicated Production Workers at all experience levels to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment used in food production processes with precision and care
- Follow strict food safety protocols, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines, to ensure product quality and safety
- Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling products according to established procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas to uphold food safety standards
- Conduct basic math calculations for measurements, portioning, and quality checks
- Monitor production lines for efficiency, quality issues, or equipment malfunctions, reporting concerns promptly
- Support mechanical troubleshooting and minor repairs as needed to keep operations running smoothly
Skills
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations
- Strong understanding of food production processes and safety standards
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and troubleshoot basic machinery
