What is the role responsible for?
The role involves coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure services such as broadband, leased lines, voice, mobile, and cloud connectivity are delivered accurately, on time, and within agreed service levels. Delivery Support Coordinators own orders from placement through to completion, proactively manage risks and delays, resolve issues with carriers, communicate progress to stakeholders, and ensure a smooth customer experience
What will you be doing day-to-day?
- Customer engagement and communication, setting expectations
- Creation and maintenance of project documents such as delivery trackers
- Undertaking delivery activity to ensure milestones are hit
- Arranging and ensuring site access
- Management of 3rd parties and associated deliverables
- Milestone and stage management
- Data capture such as missed appointments or early life failures
- Highlighting risks, issues and lessons learned
- Status reporting as required
What you’ll bring
- Customer Service experience
- Strong skills in MS Office suite is preferable
- Keen eye for detail
- Background in Telecoms/IT or similar industry would be really useful but not essential
