Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Door-to-Door Canvasser to join our field sales team. The successful candidate will engage directly with residents and businesses in areas where our full fibre network is available, raising awareness of our services, generating leads, and securing new customer orders.
This role is ideal for a confident, self-motivated individual who enjoys meeting people, working outdoors, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing activities within designated fibre-enabled areas.
- Engage with residents and business owners to introduce and promote our full fibre broadband services.
- Identify customer needs and explain the benefits of switching to full fibre connectivity.
- Generate qualified sales leads and secure customer orders.
- Accurately capture customer information and sales activity using company systems and mobile applications.
- Represent the company professionally and positively at all times.
- Build strong relationships within local communities to increase brand awareness and trust.
- Attend team briefings, training sessions, and sales meetings as required.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products, promotions, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure all sales activities are conducted in line with company policies, compliance requirements, and industry regulations.
- Effectively manage allocated territories to maximise sales opportunities and market penetration.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident approaching and speaking with members of the public.
- Self-motivated with a positive, resilient attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking throughout assigned territories.
- Basic IT skills for using mobile sales and CRM systems.
Desirable
- Previous door-to-door sales, canvassing, field sales, fundraising, or direct marketing experience.
- Experience within telecommunications, broadband, utilities, or subscription-based services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales or lead generation targets.

Working Hours
40 hours per week
Salary
28-30k + Uncapped Commission
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk for extended periods throughout the working day.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
