What You'll Be Working On
Your caseload will be varied and will include a broad range of Commercial Property matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Commercial property sales and purchases
- Landlord and tenant work
- Commercial leases and associated documentation
- Negotiating and advising on more complex property agreements
- Providing commercially minded advice to businesses, landlords, investors and other clients
About You
- At least 1 years experience advising on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and leases.
- A good understanding of commercial property and landlord & tenant law.
Applications are welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives as well as experienced Non-Qualified Fee Earners.
