DRD4 Ventures is looking for confident, outgoing personalities to work on our pop-up stands in high-foot-traffic locations across London and Surrey. Your role is to engage passers-by, generate genuine interest in our services, and book quality appointments for our mobile team.
This is a fast-paced, face-to-face role where your results directly impact your earnings.
Pay & Earnings
- Guaranteed minimum annual earnings of £35,000
- Your overall success (and total income) depends on your skill at closing deals and booking quality appointments
- Our hardest-working bookers can achieve six-figure incomes
What you’ll be doing
- Working on branded pop-up stands in busy locations (shopping centres, train stations, high streets, events and other high-footfall spots)
- Approaching and speaking with members of the public in a friendly, professional way
- Explaining the opportunity clearly and booking appointments for our precious metals services.
- Hitting daily and weekly appointment targets
- Representing the DRD4 Ventures brand with energy and professionalism
Who we’re looking for
- Outgoing, confident and naturally chatty people who enjoy meeting strangers
- Resilient personalities who don’t take rejection personally and bounce back quickly
- Self-motivated individuals who like working independently while still being part of a team
- People comfortable standing and engaging the public for several hours at a time
- Previous experience in face-to-face sales, promotions, event marketing or retail is a strong bonus — attitude and closing ability matter most
- Reliable, presentable and professional
- Based in or happy to work across London and Surrey
