Working a rotational day and night shift pattern as part of a multidisciplinary palliative care team, the post holder supports patients to maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life, while also offering emotional support to families and carers. This role requires a sensitive, empathetic approach and the ability to care for patients at the end of life.
