The Role
We’re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and digital growth initiatives. You’ll play a key role in helping us build brand awareness, grow our online presence, and deliver engaging content that resonates with our customers.

What You’ll Do
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print and retail channels.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media, email, and website, aligned with brand tone and campaign goals.
- Confidence using AI tools and content generators, with a willingness to experiment with emerging platforms to create high-quality written, visual and video content.
- Manage and monitor social media platforms, engaging with followers and supporting influencer collaborations.
- Assist in producing and proofreading marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, blogs and promotional content.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on brand.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign strategy and identify opportunities.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics.
- Support wider marketing projects and administrative tasks as required.
What You’ll Bring
- A genuine interest in marketing and social media, with an eye for creativity and storytelling.
- Experience using social media scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Experience using generative AI tools for marketing content, particularly AI imagery and video generation.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role.
Desirable Skills
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Product photography or videography experience.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Familiarity with CMS and CRM tools.
