Baylis is looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our Worcester team, representing Vauxhall and Leapmotor.
You'll guide customers through the vehicle buying journey, build strong relationships and achieve sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Automotive experience isn't essential. We're also open to ambitious candidates from retail, hospitality or the building industry with strong customer-facing and people management experience.

The Role
- Guide customers through the complete sales journey
- Recommend suitable new and used vehicles
- Demonstrate Vauxhall and Leapmotor vehicles
- Discuss vehicle features, pricing and finance options
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Manage customer enquiries and follow up opportunities
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Work closely with finance, service and management teams
- Complete sales paperwork accurately and in line with regulations
Hours: 42.5 hours across 5.5 days per week, including Saturdays and alternate Sundays, with a weekday day off
New to Automotive?
We're happy to consider candidates from retail, hospitality and building/construction who have strong people skills and a proven ability to deliver results. Full training and a bespoke induction are provided.
