Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including the kitchen and dining spaces
- Support with stock replenishment and inventory management
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer needs promptly and professionally
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times, including proper handling of food and equipment
- Assist in setting up dining areas for service, including table arrangements and decorations as required
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or related roles is preferred but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently under pressure
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends or holidays if required
