As demand for our Microsoft 365 and AI learning solutions continues to grow, we are looking for a Training & Solutions Manager to play a key leadership role within the business.
Success in this role will be measured through client satisfaction, trainer engagement, repeat business, the quality of learning solutions delivered and the overall contribution made to TrainingU's growth and reputation.
About the Role
This is a senior, client-facing role combining learning consultancy, trainer management, content development and business support.
You will act as a bridge between clients, trainers and the leadership team, ensuring learning solutions are scoped effectively, training programmes are delivered successfully, and trainers are supported to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
The ideal candidate will bring strong Microsoft 365 experience, excellent relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in Microsoft Copilot, AI and the future of workplace learning. We are looking for someone who is excited by emerging technologies and committed to continuously developing their knowledge in this fast-moving area.

Whilst this is not primarily a training delivery role, applicants must possess strong Microsoft 365 knowledge and be comfortable discussing technology-enabled learning solutions with clients, trainers and stakeholders. Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered workplace tools is highly desirable, and ongoing professional development will be provided to help the successful candidate continue to build their knowledge and expertise in this area.
For candidates with a passion for training delivery, there is also scope to deliver training where this aligns with business needs and individual strengths.
What You'll Be Doing
Client Solutions & Relationship Management
- Lead client discovery and scoping conversations.
- Understand learning requirements and recommend appropriate Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI learning solutions.
- Support the creation of proposals, quotations and training recommendations.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and support ongoing account development.
Trainer Management & Delivery Excellence
- Build strong relationships with employed and associate trainers.
- Coordinate trainer resources and support successful delivery of training programmes.
- Ensure consistently high standards of training quality and client experience.
- Review feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Learning Content & Portfolio Development
- Develop and update Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI training courses.
- Create and maintain courseware, trainer guides, assessments and learner resources.
- Monitor technology developments and ensure TrainingU's learning portfolio remains current and relevant.
- Support the development of new learning solutions, workshops and services.
Training Programme Coordination
- Support the successful delivery of client training programmes.
- Work closely with the Operations & Administration team to ensure smooth delivery.
- Coordinate resources, trainers and client requirements.
- Maintain visibility of programme progress and resolve issues where required.
Marketing & Content Support
- Assist with the creation of content for newsletters, client communications, blogs and social media.
- Provide subject matter expertise and practical insights to support marketing and business development activities.
- Contribute to webinars, videos and other client-facing content where appropriate.
- Share knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI trends to help keep content current and relevant.
Training Delivery (Optional)
- Deliver Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI training programmes where appropriate.
- Facilitate workshops, webinars and client sessions.
- Support key client engagements.
- Contribute subject matter expertise to learning design and delivery activities.
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- Significant experience delivering and/or managing instructor-led training programmes.
- Strong trainer-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Planner, Forms, To-Do and related technologies.
- Good awareness of Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered workplace tools, including practical business use cases and productivity benefits, together with a strong interest in staying current with emerging technologies and workplace learning trends.
- Experience working within learning and development, training, consultancy or professional services environments.
- Experience leading client discovery conversations and scoping learning requirements.
- Experience coordinating and managing training programmes, learning solutions or client engagements.
- Experience building strong relationships with clients, trainers and stakeholders.
- Experience preparing proposals, recommendations and learning solutions.
- Experience supporting organisations through technology-enabled learning and workplace change.
- Experience developing and maintaining training materials, courseware and learning resources.
- Experience creating learning, marketing or client engagement content.
