Role: Production Operative
Location: Belper, Derbyshire
Pay: £14.00 per hour (Paid breaks)

Production Operative Responsibilities:
- Carry out production, assembly and manufacturing tasks within a busy factory environment.
- Polish, finish and quality inspect aluminium products to meet customer standards.
- Complete packing, labelling and dispatch preparation accurately and efficiently.
- Operate production equipment safely while maintaining excellent attention to detail and quality control.
- Follow health and safety procedures, company processes and manufacturing guidelines.
- Work as part of a production team to achieve daily targets and deadlines.
- Support continuous improvement and the smooth running of the manufacturing process.
