Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Retail Store Supervisor for our Vanilla Lakeside location. In this pivotal role, you will lead daily store operations, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding customer service. Your leadership will drive sales, maintain merchandising standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Duties
- Lead and manage a team to achieve operational and sales goals
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Optimise customer service by fostering a positive and engaging shopping environment
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Conduct staff training, performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching
- Address customer inquiries, concerns and escalations in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other supervisors and store management for overall store success
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a retail environment
- Strong leadership and organisation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including inventory managements and merchandising
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivery outstanding customer service
Pay: Up to £13.50 per hour
